- Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more
- Standard shipping: $4.99 on orders under $50
- Delivery time: 3–5 business days
- Every order is tracked. You'll get a confirmation email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times are estimates and start once your order has shipped. Weekends, US holidays and carrier delays can occasionally add a day or two.
Shipping Protection ($2.99)
You can add Shipping Protection to your order in the cart for $2.99. If a protected parcel is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, email us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll send a free replacement or refund your order. Shipping Protection is optional. Without it, we can't replace parcels the carrier marks as delivered.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update the address only before your order ships.
Where's my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping email, or visit our Track Your Order page. If your tracking hasn't moved in 5 business days, or your parcel is late, email us at enccoreshop95@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.
Damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, email a photo to enccoreshop95@gmail.com and we'll replace it free of charge.
